Directions for loose leaf: Steep 2 teaspoons of tea in 1-2 cups of hot water for 3 to 4 minutes then enjoy! Can be steeped directly in your cup or in a tea ball.

Directions for tea bags: Steep 1 tea bag in 1-2 cups of hot water for 3 to 4 minutes then enjoy!
